I'm facing a issue in which I connect my OnePlus Bullets Bluetooth earphone with my device and during the incoming calls my device and earphones both are ringing and doesn't saying the name of the person who is calling.
In General Mode I'm hearing the ringtone both in earphones and devices.
In Vibration/silent mode I'm hearing only ringing bell like Tring Tring Tring.
Can anybody suggest if this is the issue of earphones or this device? I tried with other earphones too.
Atleast name ID should be spoken while having incoming calls in Bluetooth earphone.

To confirm and add if anything is missed.
I have tried to check with ROG and Realme Phone:
General Mode => When a call arrives, the phone and earbuds both will ring with the set ringtone
Vibration => Earbuds will ring
Silent => No phone or earbuds ring

Yeah exactly what I am saying that name ID should be there.
Like before I'd used OnePlus Series, it had this feature of Calling the name of a person who is calling from another side.
Asus missed this feature.
I think it should be there.
