I already reset device and install cod Mobile then it will hapen

Some people are facing this issue and some people are not so its still a mystery whats actually wrong here

Version 1.0.26
When ever I download any multiplayer map it is crashing. I have format the phone, reinstall the game, disable the armory crate. But still the problem presist.
