Phone is heating up too much after update and messaging is always open

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:

  1. Model Name: asus rog5
  2. Firmware Version:
  3. Rooted or not:not rooted
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: after like 2hrs or so
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): messaging

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

This started happening after last update.

Phone is heating up a lot and messaging is always open with a message a battry drowning app found. I have to close it manually.

Only way I can think of fixing this is roll back of last update but the option is to only factory reset.


Please check this there is no use of buying Asus rog phone of they are going to behave like oneplus or other shitty phones.
