Detailed description：
im trying to hear music from an external DAC called "Cyrus Soundkey" thats plugged into USB-A port
the drivers are up to date and installed, but i can't hear any music.
while running troubleshoot i get a massage "audio services not responding" , and when i plug it to my Desktop pc, everything works like a charm
i reinstalled the drivers, deleted USB-A driver and let windows installed it again, i even reinstalled windows
how can i solve this? does anyone else encountered it?
