Detailed description:Screen randomly freezes and the only option is to force shutdown using long pressing of the power key, day by day the issue is occurring more often. Updated Windows to the latest and also updated AMD drivers and everything through the MyASUS app.

    May I know your BIOS version?

    And were you able to see any error message, either in Windows eventviewer, device manager or on the screen....

    What program or APP were you using when the screen freeze?

    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. FA506IV.316, 12-03-2021

    SMBIOS Version 3.2

    BIOS Mode UEFI

    The screen completely freezes and there are no error messages shown on screen, can't open any other app since the screen is not working.

    Saw the issue happen randomly when using Brave, Firefox Browsers, also happened when using windows file explorer, when no apps are open and at the windows login window when we turn on the laptop.

    Hi Blake,

    Loaded default settings from bios, still the issue is occurring. Bought this laptop recently and updated everything to the latest, so can't tell after which update the issue started, but it is happening from day 1.
