ScreenPad (2.0) seems to be working but Complete Black ScreenS

Detailed description:

Since many months, my ASUS ScreenPad got black screen. For a while, I thought that it stopped working but recently I discovered that when it's turned on (F6) some random clics on it have an effect but I cannot see where to click as its screen is totally black.

I've reinstalled the drivers, the Upgrade tools and Toolbar... from the beginning and nothing change.

The ScreenPad is upgraded to 2.0 and using the last version of ScreenXpert. Nothing changes I only have a black ScreenPad. I see that many people are suffering from the same issue and Asus don't even give attention to fix our problem. Is there any other way to make it work normally ?
