SimPro Dock not reconized on my ASUS ROG Scar17

Detailed description:

For 3 weeks, the SimPro Dock has been causing errors with my Laptop G732LXS. A USB device keeps connecting and then disconnecting every 5 minutes. On top of that the SimPro Dock no longer works, it's quite annoying since I was using it to connect a 3rd screen. I looked for solutions on the Internet but I did not find anything convincing.

    Do you have another laptop or another dock?

    Does it work if you connect only 1 monitor to the dock?

    does it work when you connect other devices?

    How did you connect the monitor? By HDMI port? DisplayPort?
