Detailed description：
I love this computer however, the sound doesn't appear to be robust. Sometimes I cannot hear as well. It has Harman Kardon sound so why is this a struggle? On top of that, the video when using Zoom is really not good. It seems such low quality. It seemed to be a white balance issue at first, but it's just not good. Anyone have a similar experience? Any solutions?
