Hello everyone, I've got an ASUS Vivobook 17 with a Ryzen 7 3700u processor and 8gb of ram. Unfortunately I dont have a backlit keyboard, but I've seen in internet my same pc with backlit keyboard. I would like to know if it's possible to change the keyboard from a model with backlit keyboard to mine, since they both have the same dimensions and same processors models?
Hello Shenal, I'm sorry that simply changing the keyboard does not help. We do not suggest to change a no backlit device to a backlit one. It's better to contact your seller to replace one for you if you bought the version you did not expect. Thank you.
