Detailed description:


Very hard to get onsite support for my new Zenbook Pro in India. Firstly, I contacted toll free number but it is always busy. I contacted the dealer from whom I purchased this but he redirected me to service center person. I contacted service center person then he redirected me to another engineer. I contacted that engineer then he refused service and redirected me to the toll free number to register. Again contacted the service center and now he redirected me to another staff. What is going on? This product is under warranty till 2023 and surprised to see how these people are behaving towards a customer of notebook worth nearly USD 3000.00. I have cheaper notebooks from other vendors such as DELL and HP but never faced such harassments. 😈
