Thank you for your asking. First of all, I assume your device is Max Plus M1 ZB570TL.
Second, please try reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
Please also check if your currently firmware is up to date: Settings>System>About Phone>Build Number
