Which problem you have posted on this forum so far has been solved?

I haven't been able to solve any of my problems so far.

All I hear is factory reset. Change the battery. Visit the service center.

So what is this forum for? What is its purpose?

A real competent person cannot or does not say okay, we will deal with your problem.

    Besides, please note that different battery use, working temperatures, screen brightness, and Apps in operation all affect the durability and lifespan of the battery. Due to the chemical properties of Lithium ions, battery capacity decreases gradually with use over time. This is a normal phenomenon.

    1. Your current firmware version

    Settings>System>About Phone>Software information

    If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still persist?

  • Although we have been waiting for an update for a long time, the incoming update is only the security patch. you work hard, Asus. Please do not tire yourself.

    According to latest update .123 they have managed to fix several bugs and few i will check after update arrives👇

    1)Bluetooth connectivity issue with several brand with line and calling app

    2)trying to open camera from lockscreen after several tries use to give no response 

    3) double tap proximity bug during on call

    MANY MORE.....

    If any new fixes i will update after firmware arrives i am still checking.

    Its just that they have not mentioned those bug fixes in the changelog.(i dont know why)

  • Tell me, amitgarde. The developers are not aware of what bug they are fixing. This is an improvement at least.

  • Also SOT is an improvement with latest stock .123 version january patch. 🔥😎

  • Alright. What about new bugs? Please don't do it like Polyanna. Already in earlier versions the battery was like this. I proved that to you.

  • Asus support is up to here I guess. It ends quietly zenfone 5z. Even the begging of some people was not the solution. Zenfone 5z for Asus is now a dusty page in history.
