========================================
I have had a problem with my smartphone lately. My smartphone often turns itself off after updating to Android 10. I don't know if it's due to firmware or hardware. Before turn of suddenly, it is usually marked with a lag or the touchscreen cannot be touched. I feel annoyed about this problem. Because this has happened several times. Even though my usage is not excessive and the installed applications are all safe applications.I hope this problem can be resolved soon. Thank you for your attention.

Hi sandysynystergate
Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check any disturbance from installed 3rd party apps.
