  • The Ux393 is not listed but it is very new perhaps the list is not up to date. Can you confirm that the Ux393 does not support any active pens with its touchscreen then?

    it does not work, I purchased the pen and feel decepcionated. How is possible computer with touch screen and not pen compability? 46€ cost

  • i also bought UX393EA with Transformer 3 stylus.. Doesn't work, changed the battery, still not working.. Ugh.

    Yes the screen respond to my touch.

    I don't have other ASUS / touchscreen laptop so i can't test the pen on other screen.

    But i tried it to my Samsung Note 10+ and it's not working.

    You should check in system if pen and touch are available...

    only touch support available.. I wonder if it can be updated later / it's fixed by the screen type?

    After checking with related departments, we do have some models that support finger touch only and not supporting pen touch. It is the panel hardware difference and limitation. So it can not be changed to the other way.

    MotoWiz's suggestion is one way to check, if you would like to double confirm, let me know.
