  • Hello Vikdaddy,

May I have your BIOS version and may you help to check if it is up to date?

    Thank you.

  • Hi. Updating the BIOS seems to be the first response, so I did this via the MyAsus app on my laptop. It is now American Megatrends Inc. UX393JA.302, 26/11/20.

I also did a hardware diagnostic via the MyAsus app and it states that I have a fan issue, and it is still making this sound and the fan isn't turning on.

  • Hello Vikdaddy,

Please kindly send the device to our service center to further examined the fan.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Thank you.
