Hello Vikdaddy,
May I have your BIOS version and may you help to check if it is up to date?
Thank you.
Hi. Updating the BIOS seems to be the first response, so I did this via the MyAsus app on my laptop. It is now American Megatrends Inc. UX393JA.302, 26/11/20.
I also did a hardware diagnostic via the MyAsus app and it states that I have a fan issue, and it is still making this sound and the fan isn't turning on.
Hello Vikdaddy,
Please kindly send the device to our service center to further examined the fan.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you.
