Tried to register my new gaming notebook, but I keep getting an invalid serial number error.

Detailed description：Tried to register my new GA401I and can clearly see the serial number on the bottom of the computer and on the box, but it will not work. I have tried using zeros as well as O's with no luck. Please help

Go to bios, bios will detect exact serial number of laptop.

use that aerial number to register in asus account with respective country site.
