Detailed description:Hi, I have a gaming laptop ASUS TUF A15 FA506IU (Ryzen 7 4800H, 1660Ti, 16gb RAM 3200 Hz, 512gb NVMe SSD) for 3-4 months.
At a random moment my system is a stuttering for 2-3 seconds. It may be in windows, in games (whatever). There is a massive fps drop and audio stutter.
All my drivers are up to date. Can you guys help me.

It's sad to hear... I thought bios 315 can help... I have FA506IV and it has the exact same issue...
This is really bad news, a lot of people have this problem, and I was hoping that BIOS 315 would be the solution, but this did not happen ...
In general, guys, I think you can forget about an adequate solution to this problem. Asus simply ignores all my attempts to reach them and says that it is necessary to deliver my laptop to them in Taipei, from Russia)). We simply have no choice but to try to return the laptop back to the store and request money back. We just have to kill a lot of time and effort for this, and Asus hope that we will be too lazy to do this and we will just live with this problem. That's all for me.
The main problem with solving this problem is that the asus cannot reproduce the problem in order to start solving it. I don't know how this is possible.
Why does ASUS keep closing the topics related with this problem? Can this be a chronic hardware issue which requires replacement all of these device, and therefore ASUS does not want this issue to be discussed? We are waiting an answer ASUS, be a man and tell us the truths!
I am pretty sure its a bios issue but Asus is not fixing it or not responding our topics. I am not gonna buy any asus product ever again and will make sure my friends or relatives are not buying either.
And btw we should send asus e mails about that issue because this mod team in here is not cares about us. I am sick and tired of waiting a update for last 8 months.
I am still unable to understand why the mods are ignoring us. Isn't helping us their job? You may be right, we need to unite and send emails to ASUS directly, but do you know which email address we need to send our emails. We might draft a template email to be shared with all people having the same problem in order to be send to ASUS via email.
We may also send twitter messages to ASUS's account referring this forum thread, this might help much as this will be also public. What do you think guys? We need to unite...
I think that it is) But you should not expect any honest answer and recall of the model, this is fraught with big problems for Asus, too big.
I tried to do it, such letters are simply ignored.
All the answer I get from Asus, no matter where and how I turn, is "Really sorry about that.".
@LoweRus don't be disenchanted buddy. individual attempts might have not worked, lets unite and send them massive message floods on twitter which could not be ignored. It might be ignored by ASUS but not by the community. This is all about goodwill and reputation, which ASUS cannot afford to lost.
I already sent a tweet to them, which is not allowed me to post here, my tweeter user name is mobaran, please go and retweet the last tweet.
DONE! Check it, Bro <3
I will retweet it too bro
