After you enter the Settings page, find Wi-Fi option and choose the network that you want to connect to.Apply to Android 7(Nougat) and Android 8(Oreo) ( How to check Android version? )

Step 1. Please tap and hold an empty area on your Home screen and select System settings.

 

Step 2. After you enter the Settings page, find Wi-Fi option and choose the network that you want to connect to.


Step 3. Select TLS in EAP method.


Step 4. In the option of CA certificate,

     Step 4-1. Please select Do not validate as the first priority. It's useful for most network environments.


     Step 4-2. For the option Use system certificates, please inquire with your institution's MIS department for the specific domain name.

Step 5.  In the option of User certificate, please select Do not provide.


Step 6. Enter Identity.

Step 7. Once the Settings are completed, select Connect.
