My Asus ROG 2 Air triggers are not working.

I Use to play PUBG MOBILE in my Asus ROG II, The Air triggers use to work perfectly and my playing style is set according to triggers and then one day suddenly the triggers stop working some sort of malfunction started with my triggers as they use to act even when I'm not in the game, then after some time my triggers stop working at all now even in-game they don't work, some focus app. error occurs whenever I start the Game I don't know if it's relevant to this or not.
