I'm not able to install the bootloader unlock tool.

I got the app from: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZC550KL/ZC550KL_8939_SIGNED_Android_M_UnlockTool_2016_0706.apk

How can I unlock the bootloader on my phone ?
