Detailed description:
My laptop is disconnecting from wifi by itself and then unable to detect any connections. I rebooted my wifi to check if there was any fault with the router, however the laptop is unable to detect any wifi signals around (there are multiple showing on my phone). I tried updating ny wifi drivers but they seem to be up to date. I then rolled back to a previous update but the problem persists. Would be great if anyone could help me out please.
Latest Driver Version: 2024.0.10.121
I rolled back to: 2024.0.10.115

tell the wifi device hardware ID find using device manager.
or find from system information under problem devices
I am having the same issue, Have you figured it out yet. So frustrating. As you can see it is only showing airplane mode which is not activated. I'm new to ASUS I usually use an HP so I'm at a total loss.
Dear both,
Please kindly check in device manager to see if there is any error message.
Thank you.
