I just bought Vivobook Flip 14 TM420IA (Ryzen 3 4300U) with 4GB onboard RAM + 4GB removable RAM.
And I'd like to expand my RAM but still not sure about the limit of this laptop.
Can I use 4GB + 16GB (20GB in total) configuration, or 4GB + 8GB (12GB in total) the limit?

But then I tried putting 16GB RAM onto it and the laptop seems to be running normally. Can you please explain why?
