Extract the zip to the root of your device, reboot and it should give you a notification that there's a system update, if not; settings> system >system update and it should prompt you to install it
@botboy444 Thank you! 👍️
Hello,
So I have firmware 2007.32
Should I directly update to the latest version? Or update each version?
@Punjabistyles Update your device to the latest A10 firmware straight away.

@Gustav_ASUS thanks. I did download and extract it but still not showing when I go to update under settings. Am I doing anything wrong?
@Punjabistyles Place the zip file (don't extract it) in the root directory of your device and it should ask you to update automatically.
If you don't get a notification, reboot your device and check if you get a notification asking you if you want to update the firmware.
@Gustav_ASUS sorry not sure about placing it in root directory. What are the steps? Where can I locate the root folder?
@Punjabistyles The root folder simply means the top-level directory of your system, which in this case should be 'Internal storage'. This is where you have different folders like Android, DCIM, Ringtones and so on.
Just place the entire zip file directly in 'Internal storage' and your system should detect the new firmware.
@Gustav_ASUS thanks a lot it worked out. New issue no 5g showing after update. I had 5g showing with tmobile but no longer. Any fix for this?
@Punjabistyles
Settings -> Network & internet -> Mobile network -> Make sure '5G Network' is enabled.
If everything looks fine, try this:
Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth -> Reboot your device.
@Gustav_ASUS Did everything you mentioned still only 4g. It seems many people are having this issue after update. Are you getting 5g?
@Punjabistyles Is it possible that you have a Tencent-branded device flashed with global ROM? I'm asking as you don't seem to receive updates via FOTA. Check if the back of your device says Tencent.
@Gustav_ASUS attaching a picture. Because 5g was working before the update.
