There is no response from technician or anyone else. I have a Zenbook 15 and one day it was working and the next day nothing it is totally dead no light,sounds, nothing. I emailed service and they want me to send it to them. Only now I'm reading through the service and chat forum and it seems that it could be fixed without using the warranty. Does taking the battery out void the warranty? Oh yea what is an RMA and how do I get one??
