What does “Always show the Clock on the viewing window” mean in ASUS Cover?

The Clock is the default app on Cover View. Whenever you wake the Cover View screen up, it will show the Clock app.

If you untick this setting in ASUS Cover, the Clock app would no longer be your default Cover View screen. Instead, the last Cover View app that you opened will become your default Cover View screen.
