Battery problem

  3. Rooted or not: not rooted

I used the original adapter and cable but my battery drain so fast and not supported fast charging anymore so now the charging time taking so long to fully charged

    Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:

    1. Is your current firmware version WW-100.10.107.110?

    Settings>System>About Phone>Software information

    2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

    3. Does the situation remain the same with other adapter and cable?

    4. If the issue remains the same in "Safe Mode", please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Factory data reset

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

    5. Is there any zone heating up while using/idling? How long has the battery been used?

  • wow nice guide , now i cannot turn on my phone , didn't know that the new updates have a problem with reboot system too . anyone have the same problem with reboot the phone ?

  • It looks like your 5z is having motherboard problem

    Kindly visit nearest service centre as early as possible

    Note:- if device turns on anytime dont forget to backup your important data as early as possible before you submit your device to service centre
