Please follow steps below for troubleshooting：
- Reset your Wi-Fi hotspot Settings > More > Tethering > enable Wi-Fi hotspot
- Tap Set up Wi-FI hotspot to create a Wi-Fi hotspot
- Make sure you enter correct password on the pairing device to access your hotspot
- Check if your mobile network of 3G or LTE works
- If you share your network to many devices at the same time, it may cause network latency or connection failure
- Reboot your tablet
- Access Safe Mode by long pressing power key > tapping and holding Power Off > tapping OK
If your tablet works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that cause malfunction
Please reboot your tablet and check again if it works well
- Backup your data and perform factory data reset
