unbined arrow key in pubg mobile ...

there is this when i play pubg mobile...it automatically detect the movement button when mapping arrow key is used....the problem is even i enlarge the arrow key still didnt access auto run on pubg...not like on my red magic.. when i enlarge na arrow key it also access auto run

What controller do you use ? I use rog kunai 3 gamepad and it work fine.
