When i am trying to make whatsapp audio call my screen is getting off automatically and unable to see the screen until the call is disconnected, i bought the phone 2 months ago and i am facing this issue from today's morning, please advice.
I got same problem due to tempered glass it's causing proximity sensor and after removing tempered glass it's solved. If you are using tempered glass try to change that
Hi midhil, Please check the solution provided above and Make sure you are on latest software version which is .99 if not, you can check by Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
