Aero Active Cooler 3 fan not turning on

4. Frequency of Occurrence: Aero Fan 3 isn't turning on. It was working fine a few days ago but stopped turning on recently. When connected, the light doesn't seem to be flashing.

I got the same issue. When i put my aero active cooler i got a message say's Use only Ros Phone 3 Aero active cooler only

Please Help me
