    Hi,

    Try the below:

    1. Check if the charger is working on another phone
    2. Try a different charger 
    3. Check whether there is any light once you plug the charger, use a side port and confirm if that works 
    4. Try safe mode and Factory reset to see if this helps
    5. Update software version to .99 if not already updated
