Detailed description：
When I open valorant app it suddenly freezes, the keyboard and mouse doesn't respond. and it makes buzzing sound. I have 1 week old laptop. I have tried reinstalling the app, update the drivers and the windows. same issues

The issue only happens with Valorant?
What is your windows version? 1909/2004?
The keyboard and mouse are external? does the built-in ones have the same issue?
This issue happen out of a sudden or since the beginning?
May you check if there was any update before that?

this issue happens all of a sudden.
after that incident, I have updated my windows and bios. it happens the same.
the keyboard and mouse are not external.

this is my windows version.
Edition Windows 10 Home Single Language
Version 20H2
Installed on ‎18/‎11/‎2020
OS build 19042.630
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

the problem is fixed i have updated bios and change the nvidia driver from game ready driver to studio ready driver. thank you!
