Please follow steps below for troubleshooting：
- Turn off your device
- Insert the tip of the bundled SIM card tray eject pin to eject the micro tray
- Pull out the SIM card tray and place or remove the SIM card on tray with its metal contacts facing down
- Align and insert the SIM card tray back to the slot
Note：Please do not using the SIM adapter card to avoid damage incurred to card or slot.
