Detailed description:
From the manual. If I connect a NIC to it, it works connected to a Cat6 cable. The HDMI port works, it has a good Intel video card. I bought this laptop to connect two monitors to it, yet the same USB-C to HDMI cable works on another laptop, Dell XPS 13. So it is not a cable issue.
BTW: The Zenbook was purchased last year. The XPS is 4 years old.
How do you all fix this?

Hello abatar2,
I'm sorry that the Type C ports on UX433FA and UX434FA are not DisplayPort combo port,
so they can not support display export.
Thank you.
