Asus ScreenXpert is laggy and freezes

Detailed description:

ScreenXpert is laggy and unresponsive, and sometimes completely collapses requiring restarting the laptop to use it again. Please check the video for an example.

If you drag an app on the second screen, and then don't drop it there and drag in back on the main screen and do this several times, it collapses. If you hover the mouse over the three options that appear on the screen, they have lag, either stays on the screen after you finished working with the file, or appear with delay, or don't appear at all. Furthermore, the app window feels very laggy as well. You can't see this on the screen due to my camera trying to adjust the image to be smooth.
