Encounter app crash or device reboot during charging? Here are some useful tips for you.

If apps like Facebook and Facebook Messenger were installed or moved to your SD card, it may crash and cause Google Play unable to update your apps. Here are some tips you could try:

 

 

  1. Uninstall the app/s.
  2. If you have an SD card installed, eject it safely.
  3. Clear data for apps Google Play and Downloads using your Apps drawer.
  4. Re-install the app/s in your internal storage.
  5. Reopen the apps and check if there's any improvement.
If you're also trying to move your Skype to your SD card, the app may reboot your device during charging. Try to re-install the app on your internal storage.
