Audiowizard in ZENFONE 4 PRO

Quit working:((

Want to uninstall & reinstall app but cannot find

ZENFONE 4 PRO Audiowizard

DTS HEADPHONE :X in Google Play store to reinstall App.

Can You please help me?

    Thank you for your asking. As I remember, AudioWizard is a installed app so you might not be able to uninstall/install via Google Play. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:

    1. Settings>App & notifications>See all apps>AudioWizard app>Storage & cache>Clear cache>Clear Storage>Back>Force Stop/Disable>Open/Enable

    2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

    3. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
