Another UI bug

1. Model Name: Zenfone Max Pro M1 6GB
2. Firmware Version: Android 9.0
3. Rooted or not: No
4. Frequency of Occurrence: Random occurence, once a week/once a month
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Quickstep launcher

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

This bar is supposed to disappear automatically after swipe. But, it stays there. This is another visual bug of the Quickstep default launcher, like the one where Network indication disappears on the lockscreen on random occasions.

Temporary fix: Restart device or Force Stop followed by clearing cache of Quickstep from app settings.🤷🏻‍♂️😔
