When I update my rog phone 3 with version of 17.0823.2009.98 and network issue started; When 5g is on , my network of sim1 & sim2 automatically disconnect for every minute; Today i updated new version of 17.0823.2009.99, still same problem.

Kind note: I have good 5g coverage in my area and before update it was working good.

I Factory reset my phone, changed apn setting, reset network setting, still problem is not resolved; Please find the attached picture FYI and help me on this

  • @Gustav_ASUS, please can you help me as well? I bought my rog phone 3 yesterday with all acessories and couldn't use because I don't have my mobile network available. Everything is perfect except for this. I tried my sim card in other phone and worked perfectly. Please I need you help.

  • @Warny

It does not sound like you're experiencing the same issue as the other users in this thread.

Please contact your carrier and ask them about which APN settings to use. It's possible that they are not syncing correctly. You might also be able to google the correct settings.
