RMA - INXKLA0101 closed in August 2020, after 10-15 days I started facing the same issue & now difficult to use the phone for normal use as well.
Please suggest the good way to fix this issues permanently or can I get device replaced if in case there's issue with device / it is faulty some hardware issue.... It will Good if this time it is fixed properly or else there will be no use of purchasing such device. Please do the needful.
Thank you for your reply. My device in the same firmware does not encounter the battery issue as you mentioned. Because it has been 3 months since you last visited the repair center, kindly bring your device to the repair center for battery checking. Thank you.

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
# How to enter and exit "Safe Mode"
2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

OK Christine, will check on that & visit SC for the same. So one thing is what should I do if it works out, should I stop updating firmware version to latest one to skip the firmware version in which issue is occurring. What should I do to avoid these issues further.
Yeah it is too much battery is draining like a 5 years old smartphone.
They are only looking on their flagship smartphone. They think we are (max pro m1 & max pro m2 users) are nothing .
