  2. Firmware Version:
  3. Rooted or not: NOT
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: ALWAYS
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Outlook and SMS

Could someone help me how can i find this VO LTE settings in Zenfone 4

I shouldn't be so difficult/hard to find?

    Yes. The SIM card page. Can't you find your VoLTE toggle from both SIM1 and SIM2?

    Kindly refer to my SIM card page as below

    1. What is your current firmware version? Mine is WW-15.2016.1907.519

    Settings>System>About Phone>Software information

    2. Tap into your SIM1 page for further checking.

    3. Please try reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

    And also resetted my WIFI+Mobile+BT via Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

    Thank you for your reply. Have you ever rooted or unlocked your device before? I am asking it because your "SIM page" looks different from mine yet we are in the same firmware version. May you provide me a video of the SIM page for further checking?

    Sorry it's my fault. The access of the page I showed above is Settings>Connections>Mobile Network>Advanced.

    Thank you for your asking. You may check on the screenshot I provided, normally the VoLTE toggle exits between *Data usage and *Preferred network type.

    1. May I know why you want to access the toggle? Can you use the VoLTE now?

    2. What is your sim carrier?

    3. If you change another sim carrier card, does the VoLTE toggle appear?

    4. If you change *Preferred network type, does the VoLTE toggle appear?

    I wanna enable/disable VO-LTE in my phone. And i am looking the settings of VoLTE...Where it is?

    I found it i think...

    My Preferred Network is 2G/3G/4,5G now (VolTE is active)

    If i change Preferred Network to 2G or 3G Volte is disappearing...

    My sim carrier is Vodafone

    What is my problem is: Sometimes I encounter a call corrupt/cut. While i am sending a call or getting a call; the call cutting off in 5 scnds suddenly.

    I am searching the reasons...may be it is VoLTE ?

    Thank you for your asking. I suggest the VoLTE is irrelevant with the 5 seconds corrupt/cut because fundamentally VoLTE is a function to optimize the calling quality.

    Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:

    1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". Does the toggle appear?

    2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
