I tried to download the pure color blue picture for screen test i found many black pixel but when looking in different color i cant see the black pixel. Is it a stuck or a deadpixel?

You're going to have to give us a bit more information, preferably pictures taken with another device.
With that said however, if you're worried about dead pixels - please visit a local service center so they can take a look at your device.
