What ever the case I received there is no air went and the cut in that particular place is very small.

Same issue here. I messaged Asus Service Australia and they said they were only repair support and gave me a link to buy motherboards, graphics cards, computers and another phone.

It really sucks when you set your phone to 10w charging and use the case that came with the phone and it heats up like mad but if the case is off while charging it's cold to touch.

I have the same problem with my Australian purchased phone has the cover that covers the vent I have ordered an aftermarket one but if there replacing them I’d like one too 😄
