========================================

My phone ZenFone 3 Z017DA ZE520kl dies whenever I unplugged my phone from AC. It keeps turning off after a minute or two. I need to plugged it always, so I can use it. I've been doing this for a week now. Even if the battery reaches 100%, the issue persists.

I'm thinking it is because of the battery. However, I tried to unplugged it and boot the device up until the password confirmation. Then, I left it like that for a long time, and it did not turn off. It will only shut downs when the second Asus logo appears, which is after confirming the password.

I tried using it on Safemode, but the issue still persists. Even after Factory Reset. Please help me. And if it is really because of the battery, is it possible to replace it since this is an old model?

Thanks!
