WHEN I STARTED PLAYING PUBG IN THE FIRST WEEK OF BUYING THE ROG3, GameGenie was working properly for live stream on Youtube. But now whenever I try to go live stream, it is unable to process and the message ‘network connection error, Stop Recording’ comes up on the screen.

i did a factory reset on my phone too, however it did not help

could you please help me resolve the issue. I am unable to understand why is this happening, my friend bought the same model and his is working fine. Can. I be replaced with a new phone?
