Why VOLTE not available in malaysia

My asus zenfone 5z have volte but why it doesn't support VOLTE in malaysia . I hope asus will add this feature for next update for zenfone 5z

    Thank you for your asking. Kindly refer to 4 main requirements below that needs to fulfill to use VoLTE function :

    A. The carrier supports VoLTE

    B. The carrier supports VoLTE with the model 

    C. SIM Card has VoLTE

    D. Both side are using VoLTE

    Please check with your local carrier first. Thank you.

    My carrier supports VoLTE

    But why no options to switch on to voLTE setings

    I hope asus will bring a new update to enable VoLTE in malaysia . I need this function . Please 🙏 😌

    Thank you for your reply. Please check with your carrier if it supports VoLTE on ZS620KL or not. As far as I know, no carrier in Malaysia supports VoLTE on ZS620KL. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
