Hi iamsoumik18
Please avoid overlapping thread or message, which may disturb the mods and the users to solve the issue. Furthermore, my device does not encounter the same situation in the same firmware version and Google Play version. If the situation remains the same on 11th Oct, kindly let me know. Thank you.
@Christine_ASUS: It seems (as these two users described), that problem is remaining here in version .432 (as I reported here: https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/98608 ).
@uspenskiy.ua : Was it solved in your case?
Device is still not certified and paytm shows its rooted but its not
Hi mihirkumarghosh2
Thank you for your reply. Do you buy the first-hand device from ASUS authorized purchase channel? Or maybe you had triggered the root process. Please bring your device to the nearest repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs

If the issue remains the same, please let me know. I may need your SN, screenshot, and the bug report for further checking.
Hi @Vlczech
I haven't checked 432 version - decided to stay on Android 9 because it takes so much time to upgrade and then downgrade.
Moreover the log of changes for the 432 version for Max Pro M1 does not mention fixing this issue whereas log of changes for latest Android 10 beta for Max Pro M2 clearly has indication that this issue if fixed. Therefore I haven't really tried upgrading to 432 to see if it was solved.
Issue still persists
@uspenskiy.ua: I understand very well. I'm also likely to return / downgrade to Android 9 (almost three months after my first bug report, there is no attempt to fix this bug).
I think this is what causing the issue
Applying for anything with Google needs to be done by Asus, not by separate users.
1. Yeah I know, all I was saying is that asus did not get a CTS certification for the android 10 beta(it is normal for beta update to not have CTS certification). That is why it is showing device not certified.
2. I found this in asus zenfone 6 forum
Asus zenfone 6 users are facing the same issue in android 11 beta(but it was said in the recruitment page that Google pay and some other apps will not work). Thay have said that future beta builds will have CTS certification (for asus zenfone 6). So guys it will be fixed in the stable update.
@Christine_ASUS: what will do Asus with these new facts and in what time horizont?
I'm on beta 4. My device is certified.
1. As I said, asus have not CTS certified the android 10 beta builds. Almost every one who updated to android 10 beta has this issue. Only some have their devices certified because of issues in Google play store, it sometimes show not certified even for a CTS certified build.
2. Almost every company don't CTS certify their beta builds, it is the same with asus, but they are stopping the rollout of android 11 beta builds for Asus zenfone 6 to CTS certify the build.
3. For everyone who is saying this is a bug, it is not a bug, it will be fixed in android 10 stable update.
Hi mihirkumarghosh2
Thank you for your reply. Please check your inbox and provide me SN and the logs for further checking.
The Play Protect certification of my device is certified in A10 V432, as same as nidhin3. For anyone whose device is not rooted/unlocked, and he/she is willing to provide your SN and the logs in V432, please leave a message here. I will PM you for further device checking.
