MPM1 A10 V432 *Sound problem will never solve.

The problem with asus is..that they would never be able to solve the sound problem . U have to choose either headphone or speaker, Previous update 429 has good and loud speaker sound but headphone sound was trash,Now they improved the headphone sound and speak is now low and bass less. Same thing happened in pie . So its better not to rise ur hopes.

I don't want to face another visual bug like in the bug report from other zen talk forum.
There is a chance that you will lost all your data in internal storage. So i don't want to redownload and setting all those data just like buying new phone then moving all data from my old phone.😑

Do it as normal i hv done it through the manual mode no problem arrived.

Thank you for your reply. I just checked two MPM1, one in A9 V087 and one in A10 V432, and their speaker volume are approximately the same, so as bass performance. Furthermore, I had tested two MPM1, one in A10 V429 and one in A10 V432, before V432 rolled out, the earphones performance is solved in V432.

No , no such thing happened.
Thanks you for your concern. My post was showing the difference between A10v429 and A10v432 update. Kindly check the speaker part specifically. I will notice the difference. It is very clear that sound from the speeker is decreased from v429 to v432.

In 429 the loudness of speaker and headphone output was awesome but in this 432 update loudness decreased 75%.can't even hear the ringtone in crowd.

Last, I just tested ringtones between V429 and V432, the ringtone volume of both version are the same. Kindly check
1. Settings>Sound>Ring volume
2. Remove the phone case
3. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

Sir earphone Sound is not good in A10 V432 bass is very low. In Android 9 Version WW_16.2018.2003.60 earphone sound quality was awesome .

Thank you for sharing your concern. As I mentioned above, I had tested A10 V432 before it rolled out, and the bass performance of A9 V087 and A10 V432 are approximately the same. I even tested with two devices side-by-side to make the result more accurate.
Approximately same has much difference.. those of us having this device as primary know the pain.. :)
Base of the last stable pie was better than v432. I listen to music via Spotify and alson downloaded ones with high bitrate. V432 has sound better than v429 but still not good enough. Icepower app doesn't seem to be a good one i uninstalled it via adb , the sound and bass is back to awesome.
ICEsound Service is the one i uninstalled via adb and didn't bother with the other one.
Do give adb uninstall of this a try.
Can someone explain to me what is the use of the icepower app ?
If it is degrading the sound quality then why did they implement it in the first place?

But we get better sound quality without icepower app
I think they are trying to implement the audio wizard app in asus zenfone max pro m1 and M2 ,which can be found in their devices with zenui because to my knowledge the icepower is part of the audio wizard app.
Done everything my hardware is perfectly fine.loudness is reduced drastically both from speaker and also in headphone.But the output in bluetooth speaker is now balanced and better than 429.
THIS DEVICE IS LOT MORE CAPABLE AND HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL, PLEASE HELP IT.A10 UI IS THE SIGN THAT THE DEVELOPER AND MODDERS ARE ALSO CAPABLE.PLEASE FOCUS ON IT.
