As we all know, our official website rolled out the Android 10 latest version for ZenFone Max Pro M1/M2 . Please take the precautions below for posting the thread
1. Discuss ONE issue in ONE thread
I know some users will provide the summary, yet it will disturb the mod and the users to concentrate on the issue.
2. Avoid Overlapping thread
Please at least search the FIRST page before you post your issue! If someone already post the similar issue before, then leave your comment there.

This is something you explained in an other thread. The latest version WW-17.2017.2008.432 is listed as a beta version in Asus Website. Since its beta how can we expect it to arrive as FOTA. Please clarify this. Is it actually stable but listed as a beta by mistake ?

Sorry but no, it's still on beta list since they (beta tester) found another bug (e.g sound issue get even worse, gesture bar take more space, missing signal, ect)in that update. So, it's still not stable. I'm still on .423
I've just heard that bug report from another zen talk forum.
Better for .423 or bellow who don't want to face some of bug still on their version or downgrade to android 9 waiting for stable update.
I hope Asus develope android 10 getting even better bug fix [next month (maybe)]
Or... If you can't wait any longer, you can go to custom Rom. But it sometime it can be to risky since you should root your phone (and your warranty he lost) and warning popup after resrart or turning on your device to not share your data to Unknown party.
(Don't forget to backup your data every time you upgrade or downgrade your device)

It is not a bug (atleast what you are showing is not a bug, it is how Google implemented the new navigation gesture)
My device is showing not certified in play protect certification from 429 version.recently i updated to 432 version but the issue still persists.done everything like clear cache,storage,wipe cache,safe mode and also done factory reset when i upgraded from 084 to 429.please address this issue.And the loudness also decreased drastically.apps like chrome are not updating on play store.PLEASE REDUCE THE CHARGING TIME.

good morning I downloaded beta version of android from official site Version 25/05/2020 WW-17.2018.2004.424
Everithing good.. Downloaded, inserted in the main root of the phone, after few minutes my ZenFone pro -m2 recognized it and installed... After that I checked was there one more updated version .. Version of 2020/09/23

So I did same procedure But ,once inserted in the main root of the phone (and after reboot) wasn't recognized ... I wanted to know from you what is the problem Despite my phone reflects the WW market of this latest update beta version android 10, ... I also tried installing on "recovery" mode, but system says "update error" .. . For the moment therefore I remain with this beta android 10 WW-17.2018.2004.424 which works quite well, but what s the problem with the 2007.428???thanks
The download might have been interrupted and the file is now corrupt.
I had this issue. Next time I downloaded the file, I made sure my internet is stable and did not disconnect. Worked for me.
