The phone does not charge slowly when slow mode is enabled

The phone does not charge at 10w when slow charging is enabled because it takes the exact same time as to when the phone charges at 30w

This is fast charging.notice the time remaining

This is slow charging.notice the time it still remains the same.you can also see the icon of slow charging enabled in the notification bar
